Terms & Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all contracts concluded between Vortex (operated by Vortex Interactive (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., Xinxing Community Workstation, No. 133 Meilin Road, Futian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong 518049, China — see Imprint) and customers ("Customer") for the use of Vortex's script tools and related services ("Service"). These Terms apply exclusively. Deviating terms of the Customer are not recognised unless Vortex has expressly agreed to them in writing. These Terms apply to consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) alike, with specific provisions noted where they differ.

Vortex provides premium Lua-based script tools ("Scripts") for use with third-party Roblox script executors. Access is delivered as digital content via invite-only membership through our Discord community. Access is granted on a per-account, non-transferable basis and constitutes a licence, not a sale of software.

A binding contract is concluded when the Customer completes the purchase process and Vortex confirms the order or grants access. By completing the purchase, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Vortex reserves the right to refuse orders at its sole discretion.

Consumers (§ 13 BGB) generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. However, pursuant to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 6 BGB, this right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not delivered on a physical medium, provided that Vortex has begun performance with the Customer's express prior consent and the Customer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal. At checkout, each Customer must actively confirm: (1) that delivery of the digital content begins immediately upon payment, and (2) that they acknowledge and accept the loss of their right of withdrawal. Without this confirmation, the purchase cannot be completed. A separate withdrawal policy is available at getvortex.vip/withdrawal. Once access has been granted and the above confirmation given, no refunds are issued.

All prices are stated in euros (EUR) inclusive of applicable VAT where required by law. Payment is due immediately at the time of purchase. Vortex uses third-party payment processors; by completing payment, the Customer also agrees to the payment processor's terms. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate, permanent revocation of access. Vortex reserves the right to pursue recovery of costs and fees arising from unjustified chargebacks.

Upon payment, Vortex grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Scripts solely for personal, non-commercial purposes on their own Roblox accounts. The Customer may not: resell, sublicense, redistribute, lease, or share access to the Scripts or whitelist slot; reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Scripts; use the Scripts for any commercial purpose or on behalf of third parties.

Access is tied to the Customer's Discord account and whitelisted Roblox identifier registered at the time of purchase. The Customer is solely responsible for the security of their credentials. Sharing, selling, or transferring a whitelist slot to any third party is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate revocation without refund. Any access granted to a third party — whether intentional or through negligence — is the Customer's sole responsibility.

Every VIP membership — including the Weekly VIP and the Lifetime VIP — is strictly personal and permanently bound to the single Discord account and Roblox identifier registered at the time of purchase. Once VIP has been purchased, the Customer may not share, lend, rent, resell, gift, transfer, or otherwise make available their VIP access, login credentials, script keys, download links, whitelist slot, or any VIP-exclusive benefit to any other person, account, server, or group — whether for payment or free of charge, and whether in whole or in part. This prohibition expressly includes, without limitation: "account sharing", "key sharing", or "slot sharing" of any kind; sharing or publishing VIP credentials, keys, or links; granting friends, family, or any third party access to VIP-only scripts, channels, or features; and operating the VIP membership on behalf of, or for the benefit of, anyone other than the registered Customer. Any such sharing — whether intentional, merely attempted, or resulting from the Customer's negligence or failure to keep their credentials secure — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of VIP access and all associated licences, without any refund whatsoever. Vortex may detect sharing through technical means, including but not limited to hardware fingerprinting, IP-address analysis, and concurrent-usage monitoring, and shall be the sole judge of whether a violation has occurred. Vortex further reserves the right to recover damages and to pursue any other legal remedies available.

In addition, any attempt to crack, dump, leak, copy, extract, deobfuscate, decrypt, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, bypass the licensing, key, or whitelist system of, or otherwise tamper with the VIP scripts or any part of the Service is strictly prohibited. This includes, without limitation: dumping or extracting script source code, bytecode, or assets from memory, the executor, or network traffic; capturing, intercepting, logging, or replaying loadstrings, requests, or script payloads; removing, defeating, or circumventing obfuscation, key checks, integrity checks, or anti-tamper protections; and creating, using, distributing, or assisting in the development of any tool, script, or method intended to accomplish any of the foregoing. Any such attempt — whether successful, partial, or merely attempted — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of all VIP access and licences without any refund. Vortex reserves the right to report such activity to the relevant law-enforcement authorities and to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies, including claims for damages.

The use of script executors, Lua injection, or external automation tools in Roblox may violate Roblox Corporation's own Terms of Service and Community Standards. The Customer expressly acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with such use, including but not limited to: temporary or permanent suspension or termination of Roblox accounts; loss of Robux, virtual items, or in-game progress; exclusion from game experiences; and any other enforcement action by Roblox Corporation. These risks are inherent to the nature of the Service and are known to the Customer at the time of purchase. Vortex makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee regarding detectability, ban prevention, or continued compatibility with Roblox's systems. Roblox's detection systems and terms change without notice.

The Service is provided "as is." Vortex does not warrant that the Scripts will function without error, be free of interruptions, or remain compatible with Roblox following updates to the Roblox client, engine, or platform policies. Statutory warranty rights for consumers pursuant to §§ 434 et seq. BGB remain unaffected to the extent they cannot be excluded by law. For entrepreneurs, warranty claims are limited to Vortex's choice of remedy (rectification or replacement).

Vortex is liable without limitation for damages caused by intent (Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit), for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, and in cases of mandatory statutory liability (including product liability). For slight negligence (leichte Fahrlässigkeit), Vortex is only liable if a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht) has been breached — i.e. an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of the contract and on which the Customer may reasonably rely. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Any liability of Vortex for Roblox account bans, loss of virtual items or currency, or consequential economic loss arising from the Customer's use of the Scripts is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, given that such consequences result directly from the Customer's voluntary assumption of risk under Section 8 above.

Vortex may terminate the licence and revoke access at any time with immediate effect and without refund obligation if the Customer: (a) violates these Terms; (b) shares, resells, or transfers their whitelist slot; (c) initiates an unjustified chargeback; (d) engages in conduct deemed harmful to the Service, community, or third parties. Upon termination for cause, no refund is owed. The Customer's statutory right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

Vortex is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners. References to Roblox are solely for descriptive purposes.

Vortex reserves the right to amend these Terms with reasonable notice. Amendments will be announced via the Discord server. For existing contractual relationships, continued use of the Service following notice of amendments constitutes acceptance. If a Customer objects to an amendment, they may terminate their licence with immediate effect; no further refund right arises from the amendment itself.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers domiciled in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence apply in addition, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with merchants (Kaufleute) and legal entities is Germany. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform for consumers at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Vortex is not obligated to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) and does not voluntarily do so. Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision that most closely reflects the commercial intent of the original.

By uploading, submitting, or otherwise making available any script, code, configuration, or other content ("Submitted Content") through the Vortex dashboard or any related Service interface, you hereby grant Vortex Interactive an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, copy, store, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the Submitted Content in any form, medium, or technology now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to integration into Vortex products, redistribution, and commercial use. You waive any right to compensation, attribution, or further approval in connection with Vortex's use of Submitted Content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that the Submitted Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

The Vortex dashboard service ("Dashboard Service") allows registered users ("Dashboard Operators") to create and operate their own dashboard instances for the purpose of managing scripts, users, API keys, webhooks, and related configurations. Each Dashboard Operator is solely and exclusively responsible for their own dashboard and for all activities, content, data, scripts, and conduct that occur through or in connection with it.

Vortex provides the technical infrastructure and platform for the Dashboard Service but exercises no control over the content, scripts, user data, or operations managed by individual Dashboard Operators. Accordingly:

(a) Responsibility of the Dashboard Operator. The Dashboard Operator is fully responsible for: (i) all scripts uploaded, deployed, or made accessible through their dashboard; (ii) all users granted access to their dashboard or scripts; (iii) compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the operation of their dashboard, including but not limited to data protection law (GDPR/DSGVO), intellectual property law, and platform-specific terms of service; (iv) any harm, damage, claim, or liability arising from the use of their dashboard by themselves or by any third party.

(b) No Liability of Vortex for Dashboard Operations. Vortex bears no responsibility and accepts no liability whatsoever for any actions, omissions, content, or consequences attributable to a Dashboard Operator or any user acting through a Dashboard Operator's instance. Any legal claim, regulatory action, or third-party complaint arising from the operation of a Dashboard Operator's instance is solely the concern of that Dashboard Operator. Vortex shall not be named, held liable, or otherwise involved in any dispute, proceeding, or claim relating to a Dashboard Operator's dashboard.

(c) Indemnification. Each Dashboard Operator agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vortex, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to the Dashboard Operator's use of the Dashboard Service, the content or scripts deployed through their dashboard, or any violation of these Terms or applicable law by the Dashboard Operator or any user of their dashboard.

(d) Termination for Misuse. Vortex reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any dashboard instance at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without refund obligation, if it determines that the dashboard is being used in a manner that violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.

(e) Data Transparency Obligation. Each Dashboard Operator is solely responsible for informing their own users about the nature, scope, and purpose of any data collected, processed, or stored through their dashboard instance. This includes, without limitation: which personal data or identifiers (e.g. Discord IDs, Roblox usernames, IP addresses, usage logs) are collected; the purposes for which such data is used; whether and to whom data is disclosed or forwarded; and how long data is retained. Dashboard Operators must comply with all applicable data protection laws — including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/DSGVO) where applicable — and must provide their users with a lawful basis for any data processing. Vortex bears no responsibility for the Dashboard Operator's data practices and shall not be liable for any breach of data protection obligations by a Dashboard Operator. Failure to meet this obligation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of the dashboard instance.

(f) Prohibition on Sale of User Data. Dashboard Operators are strictly prohibited from selling, licensing, renting, trading, or otherwise commercially exploiting any personal data or user information obtained through the Dashboard Service, regardless of the form in which that data was collected or stored. This prohibition applies to all data categories, including but not limited to usernames, Discord IDs, Roblox identifiers, IP addresses, usage patterns, execution logs, and any other information attributable to an individual user. Any violation of this prohibition constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate, permanent termination of the dashboard instance. Vortex reserves the right to take further legal action where applicable.

(g) User Data Deletion Rights. If a user of a Dashboard Operator's instance requests the deletion of their personal data, the Dashboard Operator is obligated to act on that request without undue delay. The Dashboard Operator may fulfil this obligation by: (i) deleting the user's data directly from their dashboard instance using the tools provided; or (ii) contacting Vortex via the official support channel (discord.gg/getvortex) to request deletion on the user's behalf, providing sufficient detail to identify the data in question. Vortex will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law. Dashboard Operators may not ignore, delay, or refuse valid deletion requests. Failure to comply constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of the dashboard instance as well as personal liability under applicable data protection law.

(h) Prohibition on Security Exploitation and Vulnerability Scanning. Dashboard Operators are strictly prohibited from using the Dashboard Service — or creating, operating, or configuring a dashboard instance — for the purpose of identifying, scanning for, probing, testing, or exploiting security vulnerabilities in any system, service, application, or infrastructure. This prohibition applies without limitation to: third-party services and platforms; Roblox Corporation's infrastructure, client, or backend systems; other Dashboard Operators' instances; Vortex's own systems and API; and any other external or internal target. Use of the Dashboard Service to conduct or facilitate any form of unauthorised security testing, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, fuzzing, credential stuffing, brute-forcing, man-in-the-middle attacks, traffic interception, reverse engineering of network protocols, or unauthorised access to any system is strictly forbidden and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, regardless of whether any actual harm results. Any such use will result in immediate, permanent termination of the dashboard instance without refund. Vortex reserves the right to report such activity to relevant law-enforcement authorities and to pursue all available legal remedies against the responsible Dashboard Operator. Legitimate, coordinated security research may only be conducted under a separate written agreement with Vortex and is otherwise not permitted under these Terms.

In addition to the specific grounds for termination set out elsewhere in these Terms, Vortex reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, revoke, or permanently terminate any Customer's access, account, whitelist slot, or VIP membership at any time — with or without prior notice and with or without stated cause. Where such action is based on a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, sharing, cracking, chargeback activity, or any conduct Vortex considers harmful to the Service or community, no refund of any kind is owed. Vortex is under no obligation to disclose the reason for any enforcement action and may decline to do so in order to protect the integrity of its detection and security systems. Mandatory statutory rights of consumers under applicable law remain unaffected to the extent they cannot lawfully be excluded.

The term "Lifetime VIP" refers to the operational lifetime of the Vortex Service and the specific Scripts to which access is granted — not to the natural lifetime of the Customer. A Lifetime VIP grants access for as long as Vortex continues to operate the relevant Service and does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual availability. Should Vortex discontinue the Service, a specific Script, or the Lifetime VIP tier in whole or in part for any reason, the licence ends accordingly. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, no refund, credit, or compensation is owed for any Script, feature, or tier that is modified, discontinued, or rendered non-functional, including as a result of changes to Roblox or its platform.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Vortex does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability and may, at any time and at its sole discretion, add, modify, suspend, limit, or remove any feature, Script, tier, or part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance, updates, or changes required to maintain functionality or to evade detection by third-party platforms may occur at any time. Vortex shall not be liable for any unavailability, change, or discontinuation of the Service or any part thereof.

By purchasing or using the Service, the Customer represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years of age, or that they have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction and otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Where a minor uses the Service, it is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility for such use and for these Terms. Vortex may, at its discretion, request proof of age or eligibility and may suspend access pending verification. The Service is intended for individual use; each Customer may hold only one active membership unless expressly authorised by Vortex in writing.

Access to the Service includes access to the Vortex Discord community. The Customer agrees not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, abusive, or disruptive, including but not limited to: harassment, threats, hate speech, or discrimination; doxxing or publishing another person's private information; scamming, impersonation, or fraudulent activity; spamming, advertising, or promoting competing products or services; attempting to disrupt, attack, overload, or gain unauthorised access to Vortex's systems, servers, or community; and distributing malware or malicious links. Violation of these standards constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate removal from the community and permanent revocation of access without refund.

The Customer may not create or use multiple accounts to evade a ban, suspension, or revocation, to abuse promotions, trials, discounts, or free tiers, or to circumvent any limitation imposed by Vortex. Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, unauthorised use of payment methods, or providing false information during purchase or verification is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to evade enforcement — including the creation of new Discord or Roblox accounts following a prior revocation — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles Vortex to terminate all associated accounts immediately and without refund, and to refuse future service.

Vortex shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations to the extent such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, changes in law, labour disputes, power or internet outages, hosting or infrastructure failures, cyber-attacks, or changes to or actions by third-party platforms (including Roblox Corporation). During the continuance of such an event, Vortex's affected obligations are suspended.
